Sip & Savor Spirit Dinner with High Wire Distilling Co.
Come warm up your spirit as the Georgia evening cools down. Join us on October 21st for a special Sunday dinner, prepared by Revival chef de cuisine Nicole Edwards and team, and co-hosted by our friends at High Wire Distilling Co. of Charleston, South Carolina.
Guests will enjoy 4 delectable courses, each one thoughtfully paired with a handcrafted cocktail featuring one of High Wire's small batch spirits. The founders of High Wire will be in attendance to meet, greet, and share their story. Rest assured, a good time will be had by all who sip and savor with us.

About High Wire Distilling Co.:
Located in the heart of historic downtown Charleston, SC, High Wire Distilling Company is dedicated to making premium, small batch spirits. Their philosophy is simple: seek the finest ingredients available and develop recipes using a creative, culinary approach. All of their products are batch distilled in a hand-hammered, copper still to create the finest Southern spirits available.
High Wire Distilling Co. was established in 2013 by husband-wife team Ann Marshall and Scott Blackwell. A graduate of Duke University, Ann built a career out of marketing natural products for some of the most creative companies in the industry.
A “serial entrepreneur” since the age of 10, Scott built his success one innovative culinary venture at a time. From pie maker, restaurateur, and coffee roaster to commercial baker and founder of Immaculate Baking Company, Scott is passionate about blending culinary creativity with high quality, artisanal ingredients. The sale of Immaculate in 2012 to General Mills inspired the couple to return to small batch manufacturing in the form of fine southern spirits.
In 2017 and 2018, Ann and Scott were named semifinalists for the James Beard Foundation award for Outstanding Wine, Beer, or Spirits Professional. Please do not ever ask them about the time they baked the World’s Biggest Cookie.
